Holly HillHolly Hill

A native Montanan, Holly Hill grew up on a cattle ranch in the Deer Lodge valley. She holds a bachelor's degree from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and joined NCAT in October of 2006. She currently serves as the program director for the National Energy Corps AmeriCorps Program, working to inform and motivate individuals and communities to take action for clean local energy, energy efficiency and climate change mitigation.

Todd graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a bachelor's degree in construction management and is a LEED-accredited professional. Todd served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member with NCAT for a year helping to launch the Montana Energy Corps program. His interests lie in in green building, conservation efforts and renewable energies.

Jordan GoldsmithJordan Goldsmith

A graduate of Montana State University as well as a native Montanan, Jordan has a strong desire to protect natural resources and promote sustainable living practices. He is a registered engineer-in-training and is pursuing his professional engineer license. Jordan has a diverse background and has recently been working at NCAT as an energy analyst helping local business become more energy efficient through lighting and HVAC upgrades. Outside of work Jordan enjoys a wide variety of activities, including the sport of alpine ski flying.

Hannah comes to NCAT from the North Center Regional Center for Rural Development where she was responsible for coordinating professional development programs to build capacity in ag organizations to engage Latino communities in sustainable local food systems. She also worked to enroll beginning farmers in training and incubation programs and developed local food systems in two Iowa communities. She has a master's of science degree in Sustainable Ag and Sociology

Melissa TerryMelissa Terry

Melissa Terry has over 15 years experience working with a variety of partners on conservation, renewable energy, leadership development, strategic grant-writing initiatives and freelance writing. Melissa has international service and farming experience from working in Ireland, England, Israel and within various eco-regions around the United States. Melissa is an AmeriCorps*VISTA alumni and is thrilled to coordinate the Arkansas Energy Corps program in her native state.
